Managing Workplace Anxiety - Melbourne
Managing Workplace Anxiety - Melbourne
Course Outline
Overview
We all know that feeling: the dread in the pit of your stomach as you turn on your computer on Sunday night, anticipating the 9-5 grind. Or staring up at the ceiling, running through tomorrow’s presentation in your head, fretting that you’ll stutter or blank on something important. You're not alone in it; if stress at work is making you feel like you're barely keeping your head above water, splashing around just to stay afloat, there are others treading in your wake.
From a man who has spent more than 15 years helping Australian professionals to navigate the challenges of workplace wellness, I can assure you that workplace anxiety is most definitely one of the biggest barriers to our working community today. But here's what I want you to know - and this is crucial - anxiety is not a personal weakness or something you can just 'man up' and muscle through. And it’s not a sign of vulnerability to turn to others for help or practical skills, either.
This is a well-rounded program especially for Melbourne professionals who are fed up with workplace stress. We don’t mean cookie-cutter advice or platitudes. It’s about giving you useful tools that are proven by research that you can use right now, in your real work life – whether that’s managing a crush of projects, making your way through office politics, or juggling constant deadlines.
